Yunnan, Bali expand cooperation with new eco-agrotourism project_我的网站

A | 1月9日，Drop Trip今天发布公告，宣布2018年内部反腐败和反欺诈事件。    (ECNS)-- The third phase of an eco-agrotourism project under the “Yunnan Hand in Hand” initiative was launched in Bali, Indonesia, on Wednesday, following the signing of a new cooperation agreement between Yunnan and Bali.    The project will install 27 solar-powered street lights and establish 10 hectares of demonstration zones for organic rice cultivation in Tabanan Regency.         Luh Ayu Aryani, assistant for economy and development at the Bali Provincial Regional Secretariat, noted that the project aligns with the province’s sustainable development needs and creates new opportunities for farmers and small businesses by increasing the value of agricultural products.    The “Yunnan Hand in Hand” initiative is a public-interest program targeting countries in South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Indian Ocean region.     Since its launch in Bali in 2024, the program has benefited more than 1,000 local villagers.    (By Helen Mo, intern Lin Qiaochu)                    。公告显示，2018年，Droplet共查处腐败、欺诈等违法案件60余起，共查处违法案件83起。根据公告，83人因严重违规被开除，其中8人因涉嫌违规被移送司法。违规行为主要集中在欺诈、接受不当利益、贪污和信息安全违规等方面。此外，飞利浦还通报了“阳光诚信联盟”和“中国企业反欺诈联盟”的相关违规行为。为明确规范，防止欺诈事件发生，我们坚持推进制度建设。

B | 针对诚信、合规、信息保护、安全运行等管理维度，我们制定了一系列制度规范，规范员工行为，提供工作指导，通过签、收、培训、宣贯、考核等方式提高全体员工的制度意识。此外，2017年，Droplet发布了《Droplet旅游合作伙伴廉洁合规奖励试行方案》，向外部合作伙伴提供举报内部违规的现金奖励，奖金最高50万元。2018年初，Drop Travel在公司内部发布了“诚信奖励计划”，对举报或拒绝行贿的员工进行奖励，并给予荣誉奖励和现金奖励，最高10万元。目前，已有数十人获奖。Dropping表示，公司自成立以来，一直对内部腐败、欺诈等违反公司红线的违规行为采取高压态度，坚持“共同发现、共同调查、共同应对”的态度，欢迎各界监督。
